Traditionally, training is something of a one way process. However, here at Motus Traffic, we aim to grasp the ideas of our people wholeheartedly and learn as much from them as they do from us. We do this through an approach that means that individual needs and aspirations are fully considered alongside those of our business. So we don't say that we offer training. We'd rather call it learning and development, a way in which colleagues can be proud of the knowledge and service they provide.
Motus Traffic offers a learning and development package tailored to each employees individual needs. For example, an engineers learning and development can include Highway Electrical Sector Scheme (Sector 8) certification, IPAF training, and product based training.
