Cookies

In order to login to the support area of Motus Traffic you need to allow cookies. If you are having problems using the site, it may be that you may have the ability to store cookies turned off in your browser.

Passwords

If you would like to change your password, just login with your current password and then click My Account link at the top of the page. You will be asked to enter your current password for verification.

Please remember that passwords are case sensitive

Security

Motustraffic.com uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) web security protocol to ensure that your registration information, username, and password remain confidential.

During the login or registration process your web browser may warn you that you are about to move from a secure site to one that is insecure. Such a message is for your information only and should not cause any concern, by default most recent browsers display warning messages when you enter or leave secure sites.

When you log in to motustraffic.com, a session is created and a cookie placed on your machine. As a security precaution, these sessions expire after one hour of inactivity.

As an added security precaution, passwords cannot be saved using the browsers "Remember Password" features. This prevents your login from being inadvertently saved.
